Rosemary

Rosmarinus officinalis. Every kitchen garden should try Rosemary, a versatile herb with a pungent flavor and a heady, pine-mint scent. A stiff, upright shrub with dark sea-green, spiky leaves with silver under-sides, it pairs well with virtually all meats, most seafood and many vegetables. Make sure to dry some of your Rosemary for winter use.
